My thoughts
I suffer from dry skin on my hands (particularly around my nails) and feet year round and so I have to moisturize regularly to keep it soft and smooth all the time. For me, it's one of those products which can be used all through the year. For starters, it smells fresh and green – very summer-like. The scent is not strong and is in fact very subtle. The tea aroma stands out the most which makes it smell so refreshing. Sadly, the scent doesn’t linger for long and fades away within an hour or two. It has light, watery thin consistency and absorbs into the skin within seconds without leaving behind any greasiness. It moisturizes just fine and makes my skin soft and smooth however I wouldn’t suggest using it in winter since it isn’t a heavy moisturizer. I think it makes for a very good summer moisturizer.

Avojuice comes in a 200ml pump bottle. The quantity is enough to last you a whole season. It comes in ten other flavors if this doesn’t get you excited. Overall, I like it but it’s not something that I would buy when I run out of it. Not that I am saying it isn’t good but since I like trying new things, I don’t think I will purchase a new one any time soon.

You might like it if…
  • You have dry hands and feet all year round
  • You are looking for a light moisturizer for summer
  • It makes your skin soft and smooth
  • You expect it to absorb quick without leaving a greasy residue behind
  • The scent feels refreshing
You might not like it if…
  • You expect it to keep your skin hydrated in harsh winter
  • The scent fades away within a few hours
