I have been MIA for a while; switched to a new job and it's taking up a lot of my time. Anyway, I am back with a review.

My thoughts
This product is pretty average to be honest. While I do like how it doesn’t irritate my skin and keeps my skin moisturized, it's not my favorite makeup remover – it’s just not effective. My Nivea Cleansing Milk does a much better job. Perhaps, it has something to do with its thin consistency, I don’t know, it just fails to take off all my makeup. I can see traces of makeup on my skin which makes me mad. To give it a fair trial, I used it a couple of times before making up my mind but I quit using it once I broke out. And this is coming from a person who’s very finicky about makeup removal (I double-cleanse to make sure my pores are squeaky clean).

Personally, I did not like it. It just didn’t work for me.

You might like it if…
  • You expect it to keep your skin hydrated
  • You have sensitive skin
You might not like it if…
  • You expect it to remove all traces of makeup
My rating

2.5/5

  8. I have been using it for everyday makeup removal only because, it doesnt work too well for full coverage makeup and especially for eyeliner / mascara. The thing I loved about it is that it keeps the skin hydrated and does not sting my eyes. Nice review :) xx
